About the Role:

We’re seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales Associate with a passion for real estate and a keen interest in sales. This role will support an award-winning sales team, providing you with invaluable learning experiences and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Active prospecting, including regular database calling and occasional letterbox dropping

Database management and ongoing updates

Organising and managing client marketing campaigns

Attending property photoshoots, building & pest inspections, valuations, and pre-settlement inspections

Conducting open homes and private inspections

Handling phone and email enquiries

General administration tasks

Attending team meetings and training sessions

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate

A valid driver’s licence and reliable car

Immaculate personal presentation and grooming

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A strong work ethic, confidence, and a positive, 'can-do' attitude

Strong organisational and time management skills

The ability to work well under pressure with a smile

Willingness to work weekends

A team-oriented mindset
