Walshs is looking for a motivated and confident Insurance Implementation Specialist to join our fast-paced team. An incredible growth opportunity awaits you at Walshs as a full-time Insurance specialist, assisting our Implementation team to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

In this role you will work closely with our Directors and amazing advice team – Completing insurance applications and assisting clients during difficult times in their lives, where insurance proves invaluable.

As part of our Implementation Team, assisting a wide range of clients, you will gain hands on experience, learning from expert management and experienced colleagues, setting yourself up for an exciting career of growth within our firm.

What will you do?

Mange client queries

Lodge basic insurance applications

Understand and communicate insurance strategy to clients as provided by the advisers

Receive and manage product correspondence

Manage suspense

Communicate with the advisers regarding client files, and provide updates as required.

Liaising with divisions to ensure a seamless client experience

Client retention services

o Dishonours

o Reinstatements

o Transfers (bank and superannuation)

o Rollovers

o Deposits

What you need:

2 years experience in a client service role

Familiar with insurance strategy and basic insurance concepts is preferred but not required

Excellent communication skills, and can convey complex information in a simple way to clients
