About the Role
We are searching for a Broker Assistant to join our Rockhampton team on a full-time basis, providing support to our Brokers. With our training and support, you will be comfortable and efficient in the completion of daily tasks including but not limited to:
Policy preparation and maintenance
Processing invoices, endorsements and renewals
Handling customer enquiries
The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and high attention to detail.
Teamwork
You will be working in a team environment that focuses on achieving the best outcome for our clients.
Not only will you have the support of your team members, but you will also have access to the dedicated training and development manager and company paid qualifications.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
A process-orientated approach with high attention to detail
A strong desire for continuous learning, professional growth and career advancement
Strong digital literacy skills
A go-getter who thrives in a dynamic environment
Experience within the Insurance Industry is highly regarded but not essential
A Tier 2 qualification is highly desirable
