Are you a dynamic nurse leader ready to take on a pivotal role? NCH is looking for a Medical Stream Nurse Unit Manager to lead recruitment and drive efficient HR practices across our medical wards. Reporting to the Medical Stream ADON, you'll oversee rostering, performance management, return-to-work programs, and budget control, while providing expert clinical leadership in a multidisciplinary team. You'll also play a key role in patient flow, support recruitment strategies, and lead innovative change to deliver high-quality, contemporary nursing services.
