Ayme Staffing is partnering with a respected cargo logistics company, offering opportunities for Customer Service & Administration Roles. This is your chance to coordinate freight acceptance and delivery while delivering excellent customer service. You'll receive comprehensive training in this casual position that serves as a gateway into the industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Your daily duties include:
· Organising daily work schedules and task assignments.
· Handling administrative and reporting tasks with communication and computer tools.
· Excelling in an ever-changing work environment with strong organisational skills.
· Directly liaising with airline representatives for smooth operations.
· Ensuring compliance with airline procedures and regulations.
· Managing documentation for Exports and Imports.
· Processing documentation for freight acceptance and delivery.
· Completing animal check sheets and related documentation.
· Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Creating and managing invoices.
· Processing payment transactions.
· Performing general administrative tasks.
· Demonstrating a "can do" attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and a readiness to assist the team when needed.
· Demonstrating a meticulous attention to detail.
Requirements:
We're seeking candidates who have the following skills and experience:
· Holds current Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency.
· Must be available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekdays and weekends (AM/PM shifts).
· Hold a current Drivers Licence and have your own reliable transport.
· Possess previous administration, sales, customer service, retail, or aviation/freight industry experience.
· Be capable of completing and maintaining background checks and ASIC airside clearances.
· Be available for an immediate start (notice periods will be considered).
