Sneaky Tony’s is on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Venue Manager to lead our teams at Sneaky Tony’s and Toots Bar.

We’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment — someone who leads by example, develops their team, and brings a love for cocktails, rum, and great hospitality to everything they do.

About Us:

Sneaky Tony’s is a hidden rum bar tucked away in the heart of Chinatown, with a back bar boasting over 300 rums from around the world. Known for our craft cocktails, boutique wines, and local beers, we share a laneway with Toots, a vibrant late-night party bar. Together, they make for one of Perth’s most unique and exciting hospo offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

You’ll be a well-rounded hospitality pro with:

Proven experience managing a full-service cocktail bar

Strong leadership skills and the ability to grow and develop a tight-knit team

Solid knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and premium spirits (extra points for rum lovers)

Experience with COGS, labour control, rostering, and stock management

A hand in menu development across drinks categories

Confidence with social media and event promotions

Approved Manager and Food Safety Supervisor certifications

Experience in costings, training, and financial reporting is a bonus — but we’re happy to support the right candidate in developing these skills.
