Civil and Civic Group is a growing civil construction company based in Canberra. With a strong pipeline of work, we are currently seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join Project team in delivering quality subdivision projects located in Wagga Wagga to assist with construction of our Gumly Business Park subdivision project.

Experienced Subdivision Labourers

Qualifications -

Construction White Card

Drivers license

MR and/or HR License (Preferably)

Experience -

Minimum 1-2 years experience in civil or subdivision projects preferably

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Sound knowledge of on-site safety practices

Ability to use hand and power tools

Plant Operators – Grader, Dozer & Excavator

Qualifications -

Construction White Card

Drivers license

Valid operator tickets or RIIs for relevant machinery (Grader, Dozer, Excavator)

MR and/or HR License (Preferably)

Experience -

Minimum 1-2 years experience in civil or subdivision projects

GPS and final trim experience essential (especially for Grader operators)

Familiar with plant and equipment daily pre-starts

Strong understanding of earthworks, trenching and working around services

Sound knowledge of on-site safety practices

Truck Drivers – Dump & Tipper

Qualifications -

Construction White Card

Valid HR or HC driver's license

Experience -

Experience driving articulated dump trucks and 10m tipper trucks

Must have a strong focus on safe operations and site awareness

Ability to complete basic truck pre-starts and logbooks
