• Entry level accounts role - Accounts Payable

We have a fantastic opportunity available where you can gain experience within a busy office environment within their accounts department. This is perfect if you pride yourself on your attention to detail and enjoy working with numbers and performing data entry!

Previous successful candidates have completed their university degrees in accounting while working full-time in this role and have since progressed into finance positions within other areas of the business.

Most importantly you will have the right attitude and willingness to learn plus good general typing or data entry skills. This is a great opportunity where full training will be provided.

You will join an amazing team where you will be super busy and your day will fly!

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Accounts - entry level role where you will be trained in Accounts Payable
• Trade invoices and assisting to manage accounts for Queensland
• Perform general data entry duties
• Maintain their database and use of various computer packages (must be computer literate and able to pick up systems)
• Customer liaison and basic email correspondence
• Liaise with various internal and external contacts in relation to accounts matters

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Currently studying Accounting or similar and would love to gain relevant work experience
• Accurate data entry or typing plus ability to use MSOffice
• Confident communication and customer service skills
• Thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Happy to do Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm within the office
• Have your own transport - free parking available (public transport is difficult to this location)
