About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a full time energetic and motivated Maintenance Person to work within our modern aged care home in Reservoir. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.

In this role you will:

have previous building and grounds maintenance experience,

perform general maintenance tasks across the home and grounds,

have a strong focus on ensuring a high standard of work,

maintain compliance with a scheduled building and grounds maintenance program, providing a safe and attractive living environment for all of our residents to enjoy.

About you

Demonstrated experience as an all-round handy person with solid skills in repairs, gardening and maintenance jobs

Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude

Proven customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with residents

Outstanding communication skills

The ability to work in a team environment or autonomously as required

Reliable, friendly and professional manner
