In this role, you’ll:

Lead the coordination of daily operations across FOH and BOH, collaborating with the director of the company

Coach and develop staff to strengthen the team and culture

Identify and implement improvements to enhance service flow and business efficiency

Manage key operational systems, including Impos, SevenRooms, and staff scheduling platforms

Monitor and maintain COGs across food and beverage, working closely with kitchen and bar leads
