About the role:

Provide a high level of support to customers - on the phone and online

Identifying spare parts required and processing parts sales for customers

Role is flexible to be located in any JLG office in Australia or New Zealand

Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for but not limited too:

Accurate and timely communication with service technicians & workshop staff (both externally and internally)

Supports Sales & Business Development Managers internally within the business (with daily requirements)

Provide strong customer relationship support

About You

Previous experience in a similar role in a medium to large business.

We are open to someone with similar experiences in a medium to large business. (In house and on the job training will be provided)

You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal,

Excellent attention to detail

Good organisational skills

You bring to JLG the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, along with good relationship building skills that benefit your interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

A solid foundation of literacy and numeracy skills and previous experience with ERP and computer systems ensures accurate data entry and customer communications.
