Our client is an award-winning independent agency looking for a confident, calm, and capable Performance Manager to join their team.
This is a key hire to support an existing high-performing team member who is stretched across too many priorities. It’s perfect for someone who loves diving into the detail, optimising paid media campaigns, and partnering with client service to drive commercial results, without ego.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns—primarily across Google Ads and Meta and helping create scalable systems that support long-term client success.
This role sits within a small, collaborative agency that values curiosity, autonomy, and doing great work without drama. It’s not just about performance—it’s about making things easier for others and delivering work that makes a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage paid media campaigns end-to-end, across Google Ads and Meta.
- Share workload with an existing Performance Manager to reduce burnout and enable focus.
- Build smart, lean, high-impact campaign strategies.
- Collaborate closely with account teams to ensure performance aligns with wider client goals.
- Contribute to a culture of feedback, clarity, and shared accountability.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in paid media campaign management across Google and Meta.
- A calm, focused presence in fast-moving environments.
- Deep technical knowledge paired with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Confidence to work independently, but humility to ask for help when needed.
- Someone who gets the balance between structure and flexibility—this is a role for a thinker and a doer.
