At Le Bon Choix Bakery, tradition meets innovation. As our business continues to grow across multiple locations, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Finance Officer & Customer Liaison to strengthen our head office team.
Your Role
You’ll play a key role in our financial operations — managing payroll, accounts payables and receivables, supporting wholesale relationships, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to the management team.
Key Responsibilities
Process fortnightly payroll using employee spreadsheets
Manage accounts receivable and follow up with wholesale customers
Manage accounts payable and monthly payment run
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
Analyse product costs and support pricing decisions
Present financial strategies and reports to the Director and Board
Negotiate with suppliers to reduce company costs
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs
Provide sound financial advice to support decision-making
Use MYOB and XERO and Microsoft Office Suite daily
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar finance role
Strong experience in hospitality or similar industries
Advanced skills in MYOB and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident in presenting to management and contributing to strategy
Bachelor Degree in Accounting (highly regarded)
Organised, detail-focused, and business-minded
