Disability Support Workers – Join Our Growing Team!

About the Role
No two days are the same! You’ll be providing a range of supports, including:
Assisting clients with personal care and daily living activities
Supporting clients with medication management
Facilitating community access and encouraging participation in social and recreational activities
Promoting independence by helping clients develop life skills
Following individualised behaviour support plans
Maintaining clear documentation and case notes
Working both independently and collaboratively within a team
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers who bring a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Ideal candidates will:
Demonstrate strong ethical standards, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting others
Be confident in working with individuals with complex behaviours, including the ability to follow behaviour support plans accurately
Show a willingness to learn and grow, with an openness to continuous professional development
Thrive both independently and within a collaborative team environment
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong client-focused approach
Have previous experience in disability or aged care support (highly regarded)
To be considered for this role, applicants must: Be available to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and weekdays and be flexible and willing to work between 25–40 hours per week.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Also Need To:
Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card), or be in the process of obtaining one
Possess a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
Hold a current Australian Driver Licence and be willing to transport clients as required
Have a valid First Aid and CPR certificate, or be willing to obtain one
