About Gough Plastics:
Gough Plastics is a family-owned and operated business with an environmental focus that influences every aspect of our profession.
We manufacture and deliver products including water storage tanks, waterless toilet systems, durable general storage containers, underbody gear and water storage, cattle feed troughs, moulded plastic waste entry points and super heavy-duty plastic crane dunnage.

What you will do:
As a Yard Person, you will be the backbone of our yard operations. Manage and maintain the Gough Plastics Yard, manage all goods inwards and outwards in line with the business requirements.

Position Overview:

Essential to have a forklift ticket and have a few years’ experience at an operational level.

Previous experience picking/packing orders, managing a factory yard and inventory control.

Experience in loading/unloading trucks and tie down procedures

Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and yard areas

Must be customer focused

Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Test prior to commencement and random testing.

Must be able to follow direction.

Must have good attention to detail.

Be physically fit and healthy.

Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.

Ability to follow defined Work Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Be able to work within team environments to achieve business objectives.

Medium Rigid (MR) Licence would be an advantage but is not essential
