Yard Person - Forklift Operator

Join a well-established manufacturing / engineering company specialising in mining products. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Yard Person with proven forklift experience – High-Capacity (10T+) and Side Loader Forklift.

$35/hour + super

Monday to Friday, 6.00am–2.00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Operating side-loading forklifts to safely load and unload pipes up to 21 metres long

Handling heavy and oversized materials in a busy yard environment

Loading trucks and managing yard stock

Assisting with general tore person duties when not engaged in yard operations

Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean worksite

Requirements:

Valid forklift licence - Side Loader Forklift experience essential

Proven experience operating forklifts with 10T+ lifting capacity (minimum 5 years preferred)

Confident handling long loads and working in a yard environment

Physically fit and 'safety conscious'

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment
