We offer a diverse range of shifts—day, afternoon, active night, and sleepovers—making this role ideal for someone with flexibility and clinical awareness within the support worker scope. If you’re studying nursing or allied health, or you're an experienced support worker who thrives in a structured, person-first environment, this role is a perfect fit.

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:

Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care or Individual Support (or demonstrated hands-on experience)

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & Blue Card

Current First Aid & CPR certification

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence + reliable, insured vehicle

Clear and confident verbal and written communication

Calm, professional approach to diverse and sometimes complex client needs
