Location: Morley | Scarborough | Claremont | Perth CBD
Pay Rates: $45 – $60/hr + Penalties + Site Allowances + Bonuses
Employment Type: Casual or Full-time – We work with you

🏗️ THE OPPORTUNITY:

Over the next 3 months, we’re kicking off several major commercial builds across Perth – covering high-rise, government, industrial, and commercial construction.

We’re expanding our crew and are on the lookout for formwork carpenters, general carpenters, concretors and Site Supervisors ready to jump into solid, long-term work.

👷 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

FORMWORK CARPENTERS (High demand)

Peri/Doka/Conventional systems

Walls, decks, columns, stairs

Ability to lead or work in tight-knit teams

ALL CARPENTERS WELCOME

Roof Carpenters

Cabinet Makers

Final/Secondary Fix Carpenters
Each brings unique strengths and precision to our sites.

CONCRETORS

Screeders, finishers, gang work

Steel fixing, placing & finishing

Solid attention to detail and pride in your pour

SITE SUPERVISORS

Lead and coordinate small-to-medium teams

Manage daily site operations and crew performance

Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met

Communicate clearly with clients, engineers, and trades

Be hands-on, respected, and lead from the front

🛠 RESPONSIBILITIES:

Concreters

Formwork construction and preparation

Mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete

Reading and interpreting construction drawings and site plans

Operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Carpenters

Reading and interpreting plans and specifications

Framing, formwork setup, and structural prep

Use of hand tools, nail guns, saws, and laser levels

Supervisors

Running daily pre-starts and toolbox talks

Allocating tasks and managing productivity

Coordinating with the project team and site manager

Maintaining a safe, clean, and positive site culture

Mentoring and developing junior crew members

Additional Skills

Commercial experience preferred (not essential)

Understanding of multiple trades and a willingness to jump in

Strong communication and team-first attitude
