Fugazzi Bar and Dining is a New York-inspired Italo – American Bar and Dining Room. Situated in the CBD’s Leigh Street. Recognized as the best Italian Restaurant in the state and the 3rd best restaurant in the country according to Delicious Magazine 2022, Fugazzi has also been listed among the top 82 best restaurants in the country by Gourmet Traveller.
Fugazzi Bar and Dining Room is currently looking for a full-time Bar Supervisor to join our growing team to deliver a sense of sophisticated old-school style of hospitality experience for our guests. The perfect applicant will have experience in a high–end bar or Restaurant environment, a strong passion, and knowledge of cocktails, beverage production, and product knowledge, as well as excellent customer service and leadership skills.
Our full-time rosters consist of a four-day week, with two days off in a row and another day off on the weekend, to break up the working week.

The Role
Job description
As a bar supervisor, it is your responsibility to lead a small, close-knit team to provide exceptional guest engagement and to work cohesively with the Restaurant's senior management in the overall assistance of bar operations.
As a bar supervisor, the following responsibilities are:
Drive revenue, consistency, and excellence. By maximizing walk-ins and upselling products.
Innovation and creativity, in giving recommendations to senior management.
Knowledge of cocktails and beverage production.
Strong spirit/ cocktail-based product knowledge.
Assist in curating product offerings, cocktails, and spirits.
Ensuring the ambiance of the bar is to standard and that bar staff deliver an exceptional guest experience and an outstanding product.
Training and development of bar staff, overseeing trial shifts, and induction of new employees into the business.
All preparation of batching and organization of bar perishables.
Opening, changeover, and closing procedures.
Completing the inventory stock-take weekly.
Experience in running a bar floor section (serving and taking orders).
Good time management and the ability to multitask.
RSA (Responsible Service of alcohol) and an RP badge (Responsible Person)
