We’re now on the hunt for a Head Chef to lead our small but mighty kitchen team. This is a rare opportunity to put your stamp on a venue that values integrity, seasonality, and soul.

The Role
We’re looking for a chef who cooks with heart, leads with humility, and sees value in the details. You'll be responsible for curating and executing a Mediterranean-inspired menu that changes with the seasons and sings with local produce. You’ll also collaborate on bespoke menus for private events and high-profile activations such as the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.

This is an open-kitchen role, so we’re after someone who is confident, calm, and loves interacting with guests — no egos here, just good food and good energy.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous ready to step up

Passion for Mediterranean and produce-driven cooking

Strong supplier relationships and ability to negotiate pricing

Confident in writing seasonal and bespoke event menus

Willingness to collaborate on special projects and festival events

Comfortable being on show in an open kitchen and engaging with guests

A natural team leader who can train, mentor, and uplift others

Hands-on, humble, and ready to get stuck in – no divas, thanks!
