About the role

Beneco' is seeking a highly experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Rhodes, NSW. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychological and rehabilitation services to our clients. This is a contract role with the opportunity to work in a flexible and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans

Provide evidence-based psychological interventions and counselling to support clients through their rehabilitation journey

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and implement rehabilitation programs

Liaise with various stakeholders, including insurers, employers and healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery

Monitor client progress and adjust rehabilitation plans as needed

Maintain detailed client records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Contribute to the continuous improvement of rehabilitation services and the development of best practices

What we're looking for

Registration as a Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor with AHPRA / ASORC

Minimum 5 years of experience in rehabilitation, psychological assessment, and/or counselling

Strong clinical expertise in delivering evidence-based psychological interventions and rehabilitation services

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Proficient in report writing and case management, with a focus on delivering high-quality, client-centered care

Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment

Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to contribute to the growth of the rehabilitation field
