Clinical Therapy is a well-established and highly regarded private practice based in Kogarah, operating for almost 10 years. We’re now inviting expressions of interest from registered psychologists (general or clinical) and accredited mental health social workers who are looking to join a practice that values flexibility, professional growth, and clinical excellence.

Our fee split structure allows contractors to earn $110–$145 per session, depending on experience and caseload. We support you to maximise your earnings while also maintaining a healthy balance between work, lifestyle, and wellbeing. With full admin support, consistent referrals, and flexibility in your schedule, you can focus on what you do best—providing high-quality care to clients.

About You
We’re looking for practitioners who are:

Fully registered as a psychologist with AHPRA (general or clinical), or an accredited mental health social worker

Eligible for a Medicare provider number

Passionate about evidence-based, client-centred care

Interested in being part of a collaborative and values-driven team

Comfortable working independently with a desire to contribute to a warm professional culture

ABN holder with current professional indemnity insurance (or willingness to obtain)
