The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a talented Building Designer or Architect with a strong background in multi-residential design and Town Planning. This role offers the chance to take ownership of projects and work closely with clients, consultants, and councils to bring innovative ideas to life. You’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous growth.

Key responsibilities:

Produce drafting and design drawings using Revit

Prepare clear and accurate town planning reports

Liaise with clients, council, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle

Ensure all documentation meets industry standards and company expectations

Manage timelines and juggle multiple projects effectively

What You’ll Bring:

Advanced Revit skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Minimum 3 years of experience in residential design (required)

Solid understanding of Town Planning processes

Solid knowledge of building codes and regulations

Excellent communication, organisation, and collaboration skills

Ability to manage projects independently and deliver client-focused solutions
