As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented and driven Mid-Level Interior Designer to join our team.

The Role

You’ll be working across multiple projects in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane— from concept development through to final installation. Whether you’re sourcing finishes, reviewing samples, preparing presentations, or on-site for a styling day, you’ll be part of a fast-moving and diverse design pipeline. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is excited by the pace of delivering for the residential development sector.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and present compelling design concepts tailored to project briefs

· Prepare FF&E selections, mood boards, finishes schedules and floorplans

· Assist in documentation for tenders, procurement and installation

· Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams throughout project phases

· Participate in sample reviews, site visits and on-site styling where required

About You

· 3–5 years of interior design experience

· Strong FF&E knowledge in either BTR, BTS and or PBSA

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office suite and Canva

· Exceptional attention to detail and design quality — nothing gets past you!

· Very driven and motivated, with a proactive, self-starting approach

· Able to structure your own time and make your week your own — working from home or from our office, with flexible hours

· Confident communicator and comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders

· Highly organised, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced, design-led environment
