Remuneration: $ 43.23 p/hr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our UnitingCare team
You’ll provide care to your clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
With no two days ever the same, you’ll spend your time on the road completing your scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients and their loved ones within their homes completing activities that include:
In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironing
Must be available to drive between clients with your own vehicle
Hours are mainly Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm
Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
What makes a difference for us?
Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent support to clients and co-workers
Able to effectively communicate in spoken and written English
Experience working in the Disability, Aged and Community sector is ideal but not essential – as long as you have positive attitude and a willingness to learn
A current NDIS Worker screening check
Current CPR and First Aid Certificate (required before you start)
Open Drivers License and access to vehicle
Car Insurance that is in your name
