About the Role

This hands-on role manages and enhances Azure DevOps pipelines for Salesforce delivery and sustainment. You’ll ensure pre-production environments are maintained, mentor teams, and drive improvements in release processes across multiple Orgs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce releases via Azure DevOps up to pre-Production
• Maintain and improve DevOps pipeline configuration and processes
• Support and manage pre-production Salesforce environments
• Provide release guidance to delivery teams and admins
• Oversee test data automation and access controls
• Ensure alignment across Salesforce environments

Skills & Experience

• Proficient in Azure DevOps pipelines, Git, and Bash/PowerShell
• Experience in Salesforce admin, release and configuration
• Background working in complex, multi-Org Salesforce environments
• Strong analytical and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Experience developing release management strategies

Existing Negative Vetting 1 security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
