About the Role

This role supports the optimisation of ServiceNow Discovery and ITOM functions across a complex enterprise setting. It focuses on restoring platform performance, improving configuration data quality, and developing scalable integrations to support strategic asset management and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimise ServiceNow ITOM and Discovery modules
• Develop and maintain REST, SOAP, and custom API integrations
• Tune performance of Discovery schedules and CMDB dashboards
• Collaborate across teams to ensure platform alignment with business needs
• Maintain documentation to support platform governance and sustainability
• Support CMDB data integrity using IRE rules and ITIL-aligned practices

Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of ServiceNow experience with relevant certifications
• Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and integration methods
• Strong scripting ability in JavaScript, PowerShell, and Unix/Windows
• Understanding of networking, security concepts, and server administration
• Experience managing MID servers in secure environments
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and mentoring skills

Australian Citizenship & ability to obtain Negative Vetting 1 security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
