The Senior Estimator we are looking for will have

Trade or Tertiary qualifications

A strong portfolio of projects in High End Residential projects

Excellent trade knowledge and measurement skills

Great communication with all consultants and subbies

A strong work history

The Senior Estimator we are looking for will have strong skills across the tender process. They will be able to break down the drawings in detail and price accurately and competitively. Building a relationship with the subbies is critical to this role as is working in with the delivery team to ensure smooth project handovers.
