About the Role

As our Marketing & Contents Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our digital presence. This is a hybrid role that blends content production with strategic marketing execution across a portfolio of beloved hospitality brands like Butchers Buffet, Gyuniku, Shabuway and more. You’ll ideate, create, schedule, and manage campaigns that speak to our audience and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Plan & schedule content and engage with the community across all major platforms

Content Creation: Shoot and edit high-quality video and photo content for social, web, and in-store use

Copywriting: Craft sharp, scroll-stopping copy for posts, ads, newsletters, and more

Paid Socials/Google Ads: Run and optimise campaigns across Meta platforms & Google Ads

CRM Management: Build customer journeys, manage subscriber databases, and drive engagement

Campaign Planning: Own the entire marketing lifecycle from concept to execution

Booking System Oversight: Monitor and manage the customer booking experience

Google Profile Management: Keep our online presence updated, reviewed, and relevant

Brand Collaborations: Lead influencer partnerships, brand tie-ins, and co-promotions

What we are looking for :

3+ years experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools

Proficiency with video/photo editing software (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, CapCut, etc.)

Experience with Meta Ads Manager and CRM platforms (e.g. Mailchimp)

Must own camera equipment suitable for social media content production (photo + video)

Comfortable managing multiple brands and deadlines

Hospitality industry experience is a plus but not essential

Full NSW Drivers License and own vehicle as we have multiple F&B venues around Sydney
