The Role

We're seeking a Senior Software Tester to take ownership of quality assurance within our growing Agile development team. In this hands-on role, you’ll drive the design and implementation of both manual and automated testing strategies, ensuring the performance, functionality, and reliability of of our platform.

You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and UX designers to proactively identify issues, shape testing methodologies, and champion a quality-first mindset across the team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for complex features and modules

Execute functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and performance testing across web and mobile platforms

Lead the enhancement and maintenance of automated test suites.

Explore integration of AI into testing strategies.

Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and provide input from a QA perspective

Identify, log, and track defects in JIRA, and collaborate with engineers to ensure timely resolution

Integrating automated tests into deployment workflows

Refine QA processes and documentation

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience

At least 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on SaaS/web platforms
