The Role

You will join a small cross-functional squad focused on building and scaling digital products that sit at the heart of the company’s technology ecosystem. Most positions are full stack across React, TypeScript, and .NET Core, though there is room for strong front-end specialists. Your work will span sprint planning, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement in a collaborative environment that values ownership and team contribution.

One team is open to a junior developer who brings a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and experience using WSL on Windows or development on a Mac.

This is a hands-on build role focused on new feature delivery and product improvement, not business-as-usual support.

You communicate well, work collaboratively, and care deeply about the quality and purpose of your work. Whether you are mid-level or senior, you are confident balancing quality with speed. Skills and Experience

• Proficiency with React and TypeScript
• Backend experience with .NET Core
• Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
• Comfort developing using WSL on Windows or Mac (essential for junior applicants)
• Interest in sport, health, or human performance is a bonus
