We’re a well-established and growing business specialising in PVC single-ply sheet membrane roofing and waterproofing systems. With a strong pipeline of commercial, remedial and residential projects across Sydney, we’re looking for experienced applicators to join our high-performing team.

About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity for experienced waterproofers who are confident in applying PVC membrane systems and ready to take on leadership responsibilities. You’ll work on diverse, well-managed projects with all the tools, equipment, and support you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Application of PVC sheet membrane roofing and waterproofing systems

Read and interpret plans, specifications, and ITP requirements

Lead by example on-site and support coordination of site activities

Mentor and support junior team members

Communicate clearly with supervisors, builders, and team members

Ensure safety compliance and contribute to a strong safety-first culture

What We’re Looking For

Demonstrated experience in PVC sheet membrane roofing/waterproofing

Strong understanding of installation methods and QA processes

Leadership qualities and ability to work both independently and within a team

Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work

Physically fit and reliable

White Card required

Driver’s licence essential

Wages from $45/hour + super + overtime rates (based on experience)
