This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from some of the best waterproofers in the industry, working on luxury homes built by leading names like:

You’ll be mentored by experienced tradespeople and trained in best-practice waterproofing methods. We’ll help you develop the skills and confidence to become a top-tier installer.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting with liquid membrane installation on high-end residential sites

Learning how to prepare surfaces and apply systems from start to finish

Supporting the team with job setup, clean-up, and material handling

Travelling to project sites across the Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, and Sutherland Shire

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Someone keen to learn and build a career in waterproofing

A strong work ethic and positive attitude

Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work

A quick learner who works well with others

Driver’s licence and White Card

Ready to start immediately

💰 What You’ll Get:

$28–$32 per hour + Super + Overtime

Full training provided with ongoing support
