About the role
A great opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer to join the Platform Technologies team, working on complex technical challenges while supporting customers through critical issues.

Duties

• Resolve technical support cases related to software platform functionality and performance
• Communicate effectively with customers via web, chat, email, and phone to deliver timely resolutions
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues using internal tools and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and escalate complex cases
• Provide feedback to improve platform functionality and support processes

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years in a customer-facing technical support role
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical problems
• Proficiency with Java/JavaScript and advanced MySQL/Postgres (Oracle is a plus)
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL, or CMDB concepts
• Experience with remote administration using SSH, SNMP, WMI, or PowerShell
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence
