🕒 Shifts Available:

Day: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Afternoon: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Night: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

⏰ Special Note: After 4 months, the Night Shift will transition to an Afternoon shift (2pm - 10pm).

Are you dependable, hands-on, and eager to start work right away? We're hiring Labourers to support a wide range of construction, manufacturing, and industrial projects in Direk. Whether you're new to the workforce or bringing years of experience, we want to hear from you!

🔧 Role Overview:

As part of the team, your responsibilities will include:

Using hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws)

Operating power tools (grinders, drills, nail guns)

Assisting trades professionals on-site

Performing general labour duties and site clean-ups

Strictly following safety procedures and site rules

✅ To be successful in this role, you must have:

✔️ Previous labouring experience or similar hands-on work

✔️ Experience with hand and power tools

✔️ Strong work ethic and reliability

✔️ Physical fitness to perform manual, repetitive tasks

✔️ A valid driver's licence and your own transport

✔️ Ability to pass a full medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening

✔️ A team-oriented attitude and commitment to workplace safety
