What’s On Offer

• Base Salary: $67,000 + Super
• Commission: OTE of $107K, with $2,500/month guaranteed commission in your first 3 months
• Location: Sydney CBD – close to public transport, great food & coffee

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Converting warm leads into opportunities by qualifying customer needs and building your sales pipeline
• Guiding customers through every step of the process with clarity and confidence
• Collaborating with senior sales staff to structure and close deals
• Tracking all activities accurately using CRM systems
• Smashing KPIs and targets while delivering a five-star customer experience
• Confidently handling objections and turning interest into action

We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, retail, call centre, real estate or hospitality
• A natural communicator with confidence and warmth
• Resilient, self-motivated, and always ready to learn
• Driven by goals and excited to hit (and beat!) targets
• A team player with a proactive, positive mindset
• You’ve got a natural sales mindset – competitive, curious, and proactive
