The Role

This is a sales focused role, which requires achievement of business targets. You will need to display a high level of commitment towards customer service and the ability work as part of a dynamic and driven team.
We have a Fulltime position at our Maclean Branch, Monday to Friday 9-5 and the role entails face-to-face customer service,

Key Responsibilities:

Face to face customer service

Daily Banking

Dealing in Insurance Products, including Business Insurance

Cash Handling

Meeting training and compliance requirements

Community involvement

Meeting set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and compliance requirements

These are the skills and experience we're looking for:

A customer-centric individual who has experience and is comfortable assisting customers with questions or concerns

Ability to empathetically handle challenging customer conversations & objections

Able to deliver sales results and meet targets

Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong business acumen

A Team Player with a positive, flexible attitude and manner
