Join Our Team as a Clinical Development Nurse - Neurosurgery, Maxillofacial & Trauma Care

Are you passionate about clinical education and advanced nursing practice? We're looking for a dedicated Clinical Development Nurse to join our dynamic team on Ward 7B - a 28-bed unit specialising in Neurosurgery, Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, and Trauma. This includes the high-acuity 8-bed Neurosurgical Acute Care Unit (NACU), where we care for patients recovering from intracranial and spinal surgeries, trauma, and traumatic brain injuries. In this role, you'll support staff development, lead clinical education, and contribute to delivering outstanding care in a fast-paced, specialised environment.
