So, What’s the Gig?
This is your foot in the door at one of ANZ’s fastest-growing PropTech startups. As our Customer Success Ops Assistant, you’ll do a bit of everything, and you’ll do it well.
We’re talking swag. We’re talking events. We’re talking helping a customer onboard and making sure their data doesn’t explode. You’ll keep the wheels turning behind the scenes, and pick up serious skills while you’re at it.
Your Day Might Look Like This:
Help new customers migrate their data without losing sleep or their sanity (or yours).
Organise events where people actually want to show up (not just for the snacks).
Send out swag that people will post on Instagram (bonus points if they don’t ask for the tracking link 4 times).
Keep the Brisbane office running smoothly - printer paper, snacks, chairs that don’t squeak, etc.
Coordinate team travel across time zones with the precision of a NASA launch.
Wrangle spreadsheets and dashboards like a low-key data wizard (we’ll teach you).
You’ll Crush This If:
You do the thing without waiting to be asked.
You notice when “Febuary” is spelled wrong.
You’re that friend everyone asks to plan the trip or book the restaurant.
You bring good energy even on rainy days (especially on rainy days).
You’re a team player. Like, a real team player. Not just “I put it on my resume” kind of team player.

Tools You Might Use
We’re not expecting wizard-level skills, but if you’ve poked around:
Google Sheets / Excel (and you know rows from columns)
Google Docs, Slides, and Gmail (or at least opened them once)
Any tool that makes boring stuff less boring
