We’re currently working with this top-tier Global firm to find a confident Legal Support Professional who thrives on structure, values precision and enjoys being the go-to in a busy, high-performing team. If you bring corporate legal support experience and love the idea of supporting two exceptional Partners, working across matters that keep things interesting, this could be the role for you!
The Role
You’ll be working closely with two high-calibre Partners and their broader team, playing a key role in keeping matters moving and priorities on track. Your day will be a mix of admin, client-facing support and business-critical coordination with no two days quite the same.
The Responsibilities
- Managing diaries, inboxes, meetings & travel
- Drafting, editing & formatting corporate documentation
- Coordinating billing, expenses & monthly financials
- Handling client queries & maintaining CRM records
- Opening & closing matters, filing & general admin
- Assisting with team events & BD activities
The Requirements
You’ll have 5+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary or Assistant, ideally within Corporate law, or similar. Your document, billing and diary management skills will be incredibly sharp, and you’ll bring confidence using legal systems like Elite 3E and InterAction. You’ll be proactive, reliable and trustworthy, someone who gets things done without fuss.
