TLH Recruitment proudly represents an Australian-owned Food Manufacturing client based in Fairfield East, seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Machine Operator to join their team! This opportunity is an ongoing position working Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm. First few weeks for training will be a morning shift.

Responsibilities:

• Physically fit and able to lift parts, and move around the machine as required
• Monitor machinery and equipment
• Mechanically minded
• Follow safety protocols, document important information
• Forklift license (not essential immediately, but preferred)
• Previous machine operation or production line experience is a plus
• Prior knowledge of operating single-stage blow molding machinery

Requirements:

• Understanding of process operations, safety protocols, and some problem-solving skills
• Experience in the FMCG industry
• High attention to detail, able to read and follow instructions
• Technical understanding of machinery and basic problem-solving skills

Leading Australian manufacturer of popular sauces, oils, and powders. This is an ongoing casual position with the opportunity to be made permanent for the right person.

Pay Rate:
$36.08 per hour for training
$40.41 per hour after training
