At Kiddyland Montessori, we’re looking for a full-time educator to join our warm and welcoming 40-place centre in Hurstville. You’ll play a key role across both toddler and preschool rooms (ages 2-6), supporting a smooth daily program and high-quality learning outcomes for children.

What You’ll Do
As a Diploma Qualified Educator, your day-to-day will include:

Building strong, trusting relationships with children and families

Planning and implementing play-based and Montessori-aligned experiences

Contributing to observations, documentation, and reflection of learning

Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth transitions and routines

Supporting a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment across rooms

Upholding the EYLF, NQF, and centre policies in your practice

Actively participating in team meetings, events, and learning opportunities

About You

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

Confident working across age groups 2-6 years

Collaborative and adaptable team member

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Current Working with Children Check

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
