Sales Representative – Flooring & Bathware | Full-Time

We’re now on the lookout for a motivated, personable and customer-focused Sales Representative to become part of our “working family.”

About the Role

This is more than just a sales job—it’s about building genuine relationships and guiding customers through one of the most exciting purchases they’ll make: designing their dream home.

As our new Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for:

Assisting walk-in customers and builders with in-store and on-site selections

Guiding clients through product choices, colours, and materials that suit their lifestyle and home design

Quoting from building plans and onsite measurements

Preparing and sending quotes and invoices via email

Booking and coordinating installation jobs with our team, clients and trades

Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities

Developing long-term relationships with builders and repeat clients

Staying informed on product categories and market trends

You’ll be working across all our major product categories including carpet, vinyl, tiles, hybrid flooring and bathware.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who is confident, organised and people-savvy—someone who can connect with customers and go the extra mile to ensure they walk away happy.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

- Excellent customer service skills and a strong sales mindset

- Confidence reading and interpreting building plans

- A flair for interior design, colour matching, and styling advice

- Great communication—phone, email, and in person

- Quick learner with the ability to pick up new systems and processes

- Problem-solving mindset, especially with delays, faults or supply issues

- Ability to juggle multiple jobs, customers and admin tasks

- Experience working with builders, trades and the general public

- Current Australian driver’s licence
