Busy Freo agency looking for an excellent Residential Property Manager.
Flexible work hours to suit.
You must be experienced in Property Managment with minimum 2 years' experience. Knowledgeable with dealing with day-to-day items, ensuring both tenants and Landlords are well looked after.
Must hold a current Real Estate Registration Certificate/License for Western Australia.
Strong working knowledge of WA Residential Tenancies Act and property management legislation.
