What you’ll be doing:

Preparing BAS/IAS and assisting with client accounting & taxation records

Liaising with the ATO on behalf of our clients and responding to client queries

Managing accounts data entry, record-keeping, and administration functions

Conducting bank reconciliations and preparing monthly reports

Processing payroll, STP, and interpreting industrial awards

Managing compliance reports, including superannuation and work cover

What we’re looking for:

Previous bookkeeping experience

Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping (desirable)

Proficiency in XERO & Excel software

Strong attention to detail, with exceptional data entry and numerical aptitude

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience with payroll processing is a plus
