How you will make contributions that matter

We’re looking for a dedicated Credit Representative to join AG Warehouse, in our shared services Finance team at our Head Office in Freshwater Place, Southbank. You’ll play a key role in our credit and collections functions, helping maintain strong relationships with our store managers and customer base — primarily farmers.

· Responding to customer queries about invoices via phone and email

· Building rapport with customers while following up on payments

· Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support collections activity

· Documenting collections activity and follow-ups

· Conducting credit risk assessments and enforcing credit policies

· Supporting sales teams to enable effective transactions

· Preparing reports on debtor performance and bad debts

Ideally You Will Have

· An accounting background or similar qualification/experience

· Previous experience in Credit, Collections, or Accounts Receivable

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

· Experience in SAP or Pronto is desirable

· High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

· A collaborative mindset and ability to work independently

· Understanding of the agricultural sector or rural communities is a plus
