Why This Role Matters

We’re looking for a clever, creative visual storyteller who is available for either full-time or part-time hours. Someone confident behind the camera and fluent in post-production, with a strong sense of narrative and execution. You’ll play a key role in producing content across a range of multimedia platforms, working closely with a passionate, hands-on team who are deeply connected to the stories we tell and how we tell them.

From filming and editing to sound design and delivery, you’ll contribute to a shared creative process that reflects who we are and what we value.

Your Day-to-Day

Collaborate with internal teams to plan and storyboard engaging content

Manage shoots using DSLR/mirrorless and iPhone when needed

Edit, grade, mix, and deliver polished content across multiple platforms

Produce engaging video and podcast content aligned with our brand

Own your workflow from planning through post-production

What You’ll Bring to the Table

Strong camera, lighting & audio skills

Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro

Bonus: After Effects or animation experience

Comfortable directing people and capturing interviews or BTS content

Organised, independent, and able to juggle multiple projects & meet deadlines
