Our formulas are clean, our aesthetic is elevated, and our content is all about connection. We’re growing quickly with a strong, loyal community behind us, and we’re looking for someone who gets the brand, loves storytelling, and knows how to bring content to life in a way that feels premium but relatable.

We’re looking for someone with a natural eye for content and a genuine feel for what performs on each platform. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn with a strong focus on storytelling, short form video and founder led content.

This role is ideal for someone who knows how to take a content idea and execute it. You’ll help plan the content calendar, edit raw footage, and turn everyday moments into on brand, engaging social content that feels elevated but still real. You’ll also support the founder in producing regular vlog style content, and make sure it’s posted and scheduled in line with our launch and marketing timelines. The role will begin at 15 hours per week, with future opportunities to increase.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage a clear, strategic content calendar across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn

• Support the founder with filming and editing short form, vlog style content

• Edit and repurpose raw content into engaging Reels & TikToks

• Write captions that are on brand and feel like a natural extension of our tone

• Schedule and publish content consistently

• Stay across trends and know how to adapt them to feel aligned with the brand

• Bring creative ideas to the table for founder led content, launches and day to day storytelling

• Occasionally shoot or brief in product or lifestyle imagery when needed

• Track basic performance and share content insights or suggestionsb

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have a strong eye for detail and love creating beautiful, thoughtful content

• Are confident with filming, editing and managing short form video

• Know your way around CapCut

• Stay across what’s trending but care more about what’s actually on brand

• Are self-motivated, reliable and can work independently with clear communication

• Have a genuine interest in skincare, tanning or the beauty space
