About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HVAC supervisor to coordinate & supervise the delivery of HVAC services to our clients in the Hunter Valley and surrounding areas.

The role is a full-time supervisor position with a hands-on approach, working alongside the team and jumping on the tools if needed, key duties include but are not limited to;

Lead, coordinate and supervise the teams workflow whilst providing quality service

Assist with job quoting, work with the scheduling team to ensure accurate & effective use of resources and job completion processes.

Team payroll processes.

Safety compliance, inspections and quality control

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this role, we require you to possess the following as a minimum:

Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician, or higher

NSW Supervisor Licence, refrigerant Handling Licence, current First Aid certificate & current driver’s licence

NSW General OHS Construction White Card, Working Safely at Heights and Elevated Work Platform are desirable

Strong experience in - HVAC tasks, team supervision, job quoting and processes.

The ability to - to organise effective team and task workflow, monitor employee productivity & provide constructive feedback & mentoring, Strong ability to determine & monitor financial performance to reach desired outcomes.

Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills with a passion for yours and your teams performance and results.

Knowledge and experience in WHS and trade legislations

Intermediate level or higher computer skills

Experience working on mine sites or heavy industry will be highly advantageous

Be able to complete and pass a full medical including drug and alcohol testing. We have a zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol and testing is ongoing during employment.
