Commercial HVAC Technician – Static Site (Eastern Suburbs)
Full-Time | Immediate Start | $50 - $55ph + Long-Term Stability

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and reliable HVAC Technician to join the team on a full-time static site based in Maroubra, servicing a large commercial facility in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their site, wants consistency in their day-to-day, and is looking to work with a business that values quality work and team culture over just numbers on a spreadsheet.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial HVAC service

Strong fault-finding, maintenance and repair skills

Solid understanding of split systems, ducted, VRV/VRF, and chillers (preferred)

Experience in asset management and compliance

Comfortable working independently and liaising with clients

ARCtick licence and Cert III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

White Card, Driver’s Licence, and Working at Heights (preferred)

The Role

Full-time position on a static commercial site in Maroubra

Monday to Friday, standard hours – with optional OT

Immediate start available

Reporting directly to the service manager with on-call support when needed
